Receives and processes RTI applications. Must respond within 30 days.

APIO — Assistant Public Information Officer

Accepts RTI applications and forwards them to the appropriate PIO.

FAA — First Appellate Authority

Handles first appeals if applicant is unsatisfied with PIO's response.
