The Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online platform developed by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG), Government of India. It enables citizens to submit grievances to public authorities and track their resolution status in real time.
The Department of Hydropower Development, Arunachal Pradesh is integrated with CPGRAMS. Citizens can use this portal to submit complaints about departmental functioning, project impacts, clearance delays, or any other matter related to DHPD's operations.
Create a free account on the CPGRAMS portal using your mobile number or email.
Select the relevant ministry/department, describe your grievance clearly, and attach supporting documents if any.
You will receive a unique registration number to track the status of your complaint.
Monitor progress online. The concerned officer must resolve or respond within the stipulated timeframe.
If unsatisfied with the response, you can file a reminder or escalate to a higher authority through the portal.
